Nice EA, Lot's of work put into this guy!

Can someone explain the effect of Middle point range (from ask and bid). What does it do and how does it work.
Also; close orders after X = close the order say 50 pointer after middle point range?
Close threshold = close after 50 open order in one direction or both combined?

Two reasons:
1. High lot size. The recommended is 0.01 per 500$ while my account started with 0.09 for 3K$ (it should have been 0.06)
2. The trending movement of eurusd during the last two days caused this DD for the stop orders strategy.
Let us see how it far it goes.

And even this way... could go wrong

Have you not got some stop-out strategy in place? You could set up some stop-out amount in the EA afaik.
Is your trading idea that a grid system should always resolve itself in (some) profit in the end?
Or what was the reason for letting it go this time?

Well, its a demo. Let it ride all the hurdles to see the worst case scenario. Nothing to lose really.
If you noticed the gain was at +80% then came down to -25% and now its on +51%

Yeah, I see today it is around 70%.. however even if it 'survives' would you be comfortable going live with such huge swings (drawdowns) in the account?

In my live account I use a ratio of 0.01 for every 1000$ and it works very well on eurusd only.
I am convinced that this strategy will work provided you have the right money management.
My recommendation is to use Stop orders only with eurusd and slowly build your funds.
The demo account you see under my trade explorer is quite aggressive and I will never ever think of using it with real money unless my initial deposit is 10K.

I am receiving following e-mail message from FxPro.

Correcting your Expert Advisor should result in your account no longer affecting execution process and improved fills for your system."

I checked details under EXPERT tab and I noticed repeated errors as per attached screenshot. Could you help to find out how to avoid this problem?

Hi Radityo.ardi,

I noticed your GTSTOP Live had a big drawdown today, but your GTSTOP on myfxbook did not. Are you using different settings on the different accounts? Or is it just because of account size?

Nice job. Can you add on your last version a max spread function to give option to allow buy or sell stop only if price level is touch by price and spread is under max level ?

Hello Mr. Radityo
I have a excellent idea, its about you system "Trapping System: Grid" and fusion another system "Daily95pips".
These two systems are similar, but with look back hours and closing all the cycle when one order was hit, its will make the difference.
We have testing with 99% of backtesting and we supose that with that changes its gonna work...
P.D. The code of the daily95pips is a mess, but it works!

after reading this thread and finally understanding the EA. I have been running some back tests for past 4 weeks to see its full potential if configured correctly.
