thats something i havent talked (my bad) this had happened in the beginning when i started testing this EA back in june as i was having other indicators "live" as well...

it good to have a clean mt4 installation without any indicators running and generally have only the bare necessities "on"...

as i have mentioned in the past here also it would be nice to improve the performance of your mt4 by going to tools>options>charts and have only the bare minimum (based on your preference) bars as this can hog/stall your system.


btw where did you got your v1.7? on the codeplex the available version is that of 1.6

Please see the screenshot for the clue where you can find v1.7 but it is still in testing not official release by Radityo.ardi

Sorry to hear this but definitely a lesson to learn and thank you for sharing your experience.
Honestly, the reason for me to stick with V1.4 is stability and simplicity.
This EA doesn't need an indicator and will work effectively on a clean chart. I fully support the advice of KGP in terms of using a fresh installation of MT platform and remove any unnecessary objects from the chart.

Please test it on your demo account first.
I mean, literally all "conditions", such as EA closed suddenly, then start again. I got no issues until now, restarting EA and all, probably I was always playing "safe" by doing these:

  1. Every start of the EA, back up the setting by saving it to local file.
  2. In case MT4 is closed / crashed or down and we have to start again once, run again by loading the same setting.


V1.6 or lower are the one which still buggy if MT4 unexpectedly closed, while the latest one with v1.7 (the latest one in the codeplex) should not. I confirmed this issue in my previous post as well.

I am happy to hear that the MT station unexpected closure issue has been resolved in ver1.7

Hi All,
v1.7 is now released. Please download from rdzgridtraps.codeplex.com.

Though I have released it, please test on your end, as my testing may not cover all situations.

I have been requested to share my settings and the EA revision (1.4) currently running in my trade explorer.
Nothing special, in fact these settings are exactly the same as used by fxindikator and has proven to be successful.

attach your ea's .mql file here, i have to add some strategy there ......
there is many Anti grid hedge EA available in other and FF forums, search in google to get that all with .mql file
OP is providing .exe files only.

What happened to your TGS-TFAU demo account? Have you analyzed what the reason for the big drawdown is?

you are talking about news trading, this thread is about grid trading.

one high impact news,one trade,some high impact news at the same time,one trade too..
