Big ? now is, how much further? The Dow smashed through the weekly 100 simple moving average today. The Dax now sits right on top of it, so the rot stops here or we fall to 9,000 or lower if we are at the beginning of the next financial crash which will see us fall below 7,000 before the year is out.

sure i will share what i have, but i was wondering why no one is posting anything related to dow.

anyway, dow is very low in the monthly curve and broke the major support 166 and now sitting at 164, price should move upside and make the new highs from now.

Always good to see someone with a 100% polar opposite viewpoint to my own - I certainly do not see the Dow making new highs anytime soon and see nothing but considerable downward pressure at the moment which looks set to drive it much lower. It is futile to even attempt to predict next week apart from to say that at present, it is falling like a brick.

do u expect it to retrace to 171 to get more new sellers at the moment?

Impossible to say. However, it is right on the 76.4% fib right now, so if it is going to rally, it's got to be from here. If it does, then the 171 level is easily one it could head for.

But the monthly trendline consensus? its low on the monthly uptrend line, and the weekly demand nested with monthly fresh demand, alos 175 is the fresh supply. 171 is the h4 fresh supply now.

Has Anyone actually see a massive bounce out a huge down candle /fail like Friday. I am expecting a smaller follow on down candle. 3-4% move into end next week - washout. It seems everyone is banking on PBOC to cut interest rates by 50basis points this weekend - well I haven't heard the announcement yet.. it could be announced some tonight and watch the shanghai index tomorrow. any weakness or even a poor recovery candle signals more weakness next week as the final shakeout (for now) is completed. as I have said before - once the school holidays are over and everyone turns back to the real grind of life and the real market makers return from holidays to strategise into end of year and into 2016 then we see.

Given that the DAX 10000 was actually broken into the US close (collapse). DAX futures dipped under 10000 in the last 30mins of US trading

My take is a short gap down to 9860-9900 and bounce back to 10200 and then zigzag fail into to the end of the week where we would see 9540-80 zone and recovery in September.

Sure I could be wrong, but I would find it strange to see massive down candle without some sort of smaller candle down and then a retrace.
Vix over 20 expect significant volatility swings.
