Daily pivot point indicator on mt4 for dow and dax

Hi, all the pivot points indicators i have seen so far for mt4 won't work on the dow because the dow only shows candles from its open until close (7 Hours). is there an indictor which you can customise to make calculations between these certain hours only so you can get the levels displayed on the chart?

So does anyone know where i can get a daily pivot indicator that works on indices on mt4. maybe i'm not being clear enough?. There must be someone who uses daily pivots on the dow and dax on mt4! idealy i want one that works out the pivots for each day and displays them all separately on the chart so you can see how price has interacted with these levels in the past. please lend a helping hand if your out there. ta.
