before you start the week PLEASE have a trading plan. heck call your local grocery lady and tell her about your trading plan for the week.DONOT place even a single trade without knowing how you will trade for the week.

Different strokes, but no that's a planning chart. Every line & fib has a purpose for me. Your mileage may vary. I do note that my targets have a high accuracy, just not the best timing, and not too good with reversals. I put the text targets of 1.1383 & 1.1482 there last weekend. We will see how long it takes to get to 1482. I am a heavy data dependent person, and I don't scalp off of a cluttered chart. and no, I didn't trade the whole move up to 1383. I took small parts up to 1330, then lost early shorts at 136x/7x.

its good to always try new stuff. amnot saying a naked chart is the holy grail but whynot try and see if it will improve your trading.you have so many indicators and charts its hard to see the price.if two indicators give you two opposing set-ups which one will you take.
Just strip all those indicators and see the price

What I'm seeing right now is we'll have some retracement to the 1.120 - 1.124 area, and from there a strong bull trend all the way up to 1.22 by late september.

This is just an early forecast, we'll see how the next weeks develop.

Gator, This is the way I use global variables. In my EA's I define my important variables (money management vars) as global which means they get saved to the hard drive not in memory so that if my computer reboots or crashes in the middle of the night when MT4 automatically restarts it reads my variables as global from the harddrive and the EA will work as intended.

One of the things I do a lot with global vars is if an EA closes a trade in the middle of the night I have the EA programed to shut itself off then save the off state as a global variable. If my system crashes in the night, when MT4 restarts the EA will not automatically start up because it reads the variables from the global state (harddrive) and I don't have to worry about more trades being made.

A bit conspirology.

On the first day of NYSE trading after 9/11, the market fell 684 points, a 7.1% decline, setting a record for the biggest loss in exchange history for one trading day. At the close of trading that Friday, ending a week that saw the biggest losses in NYSE history, the Dow Jones was down almost 1,370 points, representing a loss of over 14%. The Standard and Poor's (S&P) index lost 11.6%. An estimated $1.4 trillion in value was lost in those five days of trading.

I can recall trading the crash of 1987 when the dow lost over 20% in one day, 9/11's crash was nothing in comparison, point wise 9/11's was bigger but not % wise
