Even if the short-term ascending trend-channel continue supporting USDCHF up-move, the 0.9490-9500 region can restrict pair's immediate up-move.

I'd restreain to trade this pair at all. that Greece issue makes lot of noises on all pairs. i'd say, next week should be ok, but not now, when basic pairs moves in different ways, not sync.

A sustained break of 0.9585 could confirm the bearish technical formation of the USDCHF, pulling it back towards sub-0.9500 area.

There will be one massive break-out. Either to the upside OR downside. Considering that there will be interest rate hikes for the USD in the coming weeks, months....whatever; I would venture to say that the USD/CHF has overall UPSIDE potential.

But then, that is what I see. Doesn't mean it will work out that way.

USDCHF has been trending up strongly for the past hour and a half I will look to buy around one of the retracement levels I will use candlestick patterns as confirmation

Although the up-trend for USDCHF remains intact, but it would be prudent to wait for a clear strength above 0.9650 horizontal resistance for confirmation of an immediate up-move towards 0.9750 resistance area, marking the upper trend-line resistance of a short-term ascending trend-channel formation on 4-hourly chart.

Movement within the channel seems erratic, but the near-term trend clearly seems on the upside.
Looking for an upside target range till 0.9790-0.9800 mark.

USDCHF has been quiet all day today.
On a short against the trend now SL set to 0.98325 and TP just above the 38.2 fib at 0.97247. Looking at getting out before the USD Unemployment claims later on today!
