So, what's the deal with Greece? Anyone think they will exit the Euro? and if they exit the Euro, what do you think the currency will do? Crash or just wobble a bit?
Here's my take. I think the market has pretty much already priced in a Greek default and has probably also partially priced in an exit. Therefore, if they do exit, I don't believe it will be detrimental for the Euro. Things have changed in the last year with the set up of the SSM which has given the market more confidence that the Euro banking system is now somewhat immune to the contagion risk associated with a grexit. Therefore, if the Greek referendum results in a NO result, all we will probably see is a knee jerk reaction to the downside followed by massive buying. The technicals are pretty much stretched to the downside now and some relief is long overdue. At minimum we should see a good solid bounce to retest the triangle which was broken at approx 1.2230

This graph tells me that there is no way the Eurozone members are going to let Greece exit the Euro. If they do, they can all kiss their significant percentage of GDP goodbye.
