Looks like the 4hour EMA50 is now acting as support. Long, but have TP below the 4hour SMA200, around .9440.

Got USDCHF in the target zone for reversal. Would it happen? and EURUSD the other way?

since 2008 CHF had a dramatic drop down and has re-gained its power since january. I believe it will maintain this strong position and probably will even increase.

Couldn't agree more, Carla1, long term chart tells present USDCHF is on an impulse wave (3) down.

Termination of a correction = Resumption of trend or the beginning of the next trending move.

Here, wave (iv) correction is 'almost' complete, setting up for a (v) down.

USDCHF clearly seems to have strengthened above a short-term descending trend-channel, suggesting some additional near-term up-move.
However, a s follow-up strength above 0.9480-0.9500 resistance area is required to further extend the momentum towards its next major resistance near 0.9730-50 area.

Currently uptrend should end around 0.9570 - 0.9565 area. A correction down to below 0.9476 is expected. A rise above 0.9595 will abort the expected correction.

USDCHF momentum should now help the pair clear 0.9550 resistance to make an attempt to continue climbing higher towards 0.9730-50 area.

It looks more likely that it would rise to 0.9536 - 0.9578 from 0.9481 or 0.9461. After which a downside move is expected.

Seems that the pullback is near to end. Ascending trend-channel support could reverse the pair's recent decline near 0.9420.

Entry adjusted to market conditions as new informations appear . This is the aggressive entry and also the most risky but with the great reward potential .

USDCHF clears the short-term descending trend-channel resistance. A subsequent strength above 0.9380-0.9400 immediate resistance would set the stage for continuing the upward trajectory towards 0.9520-30 resistance area.
