0.618 important Fibo level @ 1.0880. Although it will be a hard to break, after watching the market all morning i observe that the pair has difficulty going upwards. Therefore i would go short the rest of the day

and what is the definition of retrace??? 30 pips???? the day kuroda did QE in oct it has never retraced more than 200 pips as far as I remember

We broke the previous resistance hard, I doubt we'd see any good retrace, might set a new range and thats about it.

We are still looking at FOMC reiterating it's no hike stance till later this year, which is going to cap the dollar's strength until a hike "reaffirmation/confirmation" by end of this year. So, in any case, the dollar is only going to get stronger.
