EURUSD could reject from 1.0950-80, currently as presumed bought on dips. USDJPY still strong. I am in the trade also..bought 118.85 SL 118.40

USDJPY has been put in a heavy range waiting for FOMC. H1 chart shows no obvious movement , but watching H4 we can spot Higher Lows near the support of both intra month and intra week trend lines along with 78.6-88.6 deep retracement. 118.40 (L3) is interim support and as long as it holds USDJPY could bounce to 119.75 region ( H4, 23.6, upper trend line ). Only the break of 118.40 could tank the pair down to 117.90. So there is a possibility that USDJPY will be bought from current levels.

There is still a possibility for a bounce but it should be restrained due to FOMC today + NZD official cash rate decision

I think US GDP news will fall below expectations, and the EURUSD to climb beyond 1.1050. My best guess. Let's see.

Yes, there is 1.1050 in scope if GDP fails. That is a resistance. Above that 1.1115 is next target, but i wont gamble as today we have FOMC>

Set the SL +1 for the other half position and let it dance with the market
Next target 1.1250 for EU and 0.9290 for CHF

Last night after RBNZ announced that it would put rates on hold but consider a cut on demand cues and just after the conference NZDUSD was hammered down with a gap. This gap is classified as a "Common gap" and it was preceded by M pattern. POC ( retail gap, L3, 61.8 ) presents a good spot to further short into the pair if the gap is closed at 0.7670-80 region. There is also an intra week trend line which makes up for resistance zone just above POC. NZDUSD should weaken further towards daily lows and 0.7540.

Next important level is 1.1250, a break and close above will target 1.1355 and that is indeed bullish. Crucial to the downside is 1.1060 from intraday perspective, 1.0980 is strong support and if it is broken it could tank the pair down to 1.0880 - which would be neutral territory again.
