Caveat Emptor. Latin for "let the buyer beware." A doctrine that often places on buyers the burden to reasonably examine property before purchase and take responsibility for its condition. Especially applicable to items that are not covered under a strict warranty.. lol no the policewoman is just a joke i would never mislead a sole ,on my honor ,and its true she past 7 years ago,, but i still speak to her .. ,

taken my first short at 5170, dont want to wait till 5200 or 5250, its weekend and soon longs will begin to bag in profits. should it keep going up, i'll short next at 5200
