I don't think the pair will keep going up for now. possibly some minor correction south until London session. if Core Durable Goods Orders is in dollar favor, more shooting down will take place...

Sustained break of 1.5100-05 becomes important for the GBPUSD to rally towards 1.5140 and 1.5185

It is surely a buy for me on retracements ... I spotted that 300 pip long setup this week and bailed at BE ... crazy right? At least caught that 100 pips on GBP/CAD.

Personally, I look for patterns/confluence with Supp/Res/fibs etc.

ABCD at my highlighted 5350 area monthly resistance looks on the cards at a 1hr glance.

Good conflunence with the monthly pattern breakout retest posted earlier.

US news today may do the trick or go a long way towards it.

I'll be surprised if we don't get a significant reaction on the 1hr breakout retest/ABCD around that number

a few years ago it was so different but now u just all take ur money in your hand and guess - not even bones can get it right with this daily and weekly stuff - Elbert well u love a good flutter - thank god i dont need the money or i would be like really upset but fellow people show me one person here who does not have an adictive nature or loves to gamble as thasts what it is - LOOK OUT for a Channel 4 doco in 12 months from now u might just be surprised with what u learn -
show me one person here who makes money and either sleeps at night or keeps it.

Every day on this planet is like so special - take it and embrace it - but guys look around you all of you and tell me ur happy - well dont but tell yourself that and mean it - it was getting to the point where hatred was entering the zone and i dont wish that on anyone - and i promise you even u Elbert your not trading ur all just guessing and gambling -

If it doesn't stop at 1.5154(Weekly R1)-1.5164(FOMC), then next target is ~ 1.5210. I have added sell limits from 1.5150-1.5210, targeting 1.44-1.45 for early May. Had to close all yesterdays shorts due to strength, lost about 500 pips in all of them

You have to take manipulation and other factors in play even when news come completely negative. i.e. since yesterday the theme is that Greece and EU have already agreed terms on a new bailout, which keeps supporting EU & GU up despite their bad news. Soon after today and the Euro meetings and during weekend too, it will just play out that no deal was yet reached and the deadline is end of June, so we will revert to usual EU & GU selling.
