Have a look at the amount of wicks we have had across 1.09161 on the 5m chart. As of right now EU is a long all the way to 1.09536 BEING THAT it has not been able to close under 1.09161.
Should the bid close under 1.09161 on the 5m then you close the buy for a loss, and enter a higher sell with a tp to 1.08633
5% a day keeps the 9 to 5 away.

If tomorrow i give you access to the most advanced Hadron Collider (currently in Geneva ...dont ask random example so just google it...
) and tell you ok do something with it... You will end up doing the same as I and 99.99% of the people in the world: Fck all . Because we don't have a clue what to do with it. While in the right hands (e.g some physics nobel prize, etc ) its guarantee they will use it for something more relevant and useful.The same apply for trading, if you don't know wtf to check or analyse in FA, it will simple have NO VALUE that information ...however in the right hands and with the right context, its probably the most important factor when trading....
Let me put it in very simple words:
- Fundamentals serve as a COMPASS for direction.
Like any compass it just mark the path to the north. It doesn't suppose to override everything and become an exact science defining the price of an underlying to the pipette in every single nano second in time.
- Technicals serve as a GPS with the POI (points of interest) in that path
Regardless if you use this or that, we use technical to map our path and give us a framework for trading. You can use whatever you like as long as it has some statistical significance.
- Markets participants reacting to particular events in and underlying will set the actual start and end of the main flows (waves or whatever you want to call it) in any underlying.
This is where fundamentals and technicals crossover. When the perceived future value of an underlying changes (a new NORTH) given a particular set of fundamentals traders/investors, etc will react using technicals tools to map the new path ...etc
In simple words, the tools you use are pretty much irrelevant as long as you have a clear north and a clear map to squeeze as many crumbs in between as possible.
