That's not a company, just a business name.

The actual company is TF Global Markets (Aust) Pty Ltd, and we have a trading name of ThinkForex.

I can see how it would be confusing, but it really is irrelevant. Feel free to go to that address though, they'd probably not have a clue who you were looking for, other than "oh, isn't that the world class Forex broker?"...

Do you have an account with us and want some reassurance about the security of your funds, or are you looking for some particular information? I'm sure I can give you some assurances over the phone or if you are in Melbourne, feel free to pop in.

Thanks

Ok, yes I have had several businesses before and now have a company which requires a business name to be registered, and when the name is registered you enter the primary business address, but if you say ThinkForex has no link what so ever to the registered business address, I will just take your word for it.

Just carrying out due diligence, haven't seen a honest FX broker yet that uses MT4, contradiction in terms actually.

I appreciate your replies.

Very sad customer service. Servers have been down for close to 5+ hours and the idiots are probably still "thinking" whether to inform clients about this or not.
While you guys seem to poach traders who were hit in the SNB aftermath, this latest issue definitely shows how sorry your customer support is.

You people seem to be quick when it comes to posting your "analysis" on various social media and forums but zilch when it comes to things that matter.

They are not "thinking" about informing clients. They simply wont.

Some impressive internet outage that takes out both the public facing web and the back-end quotes. Did someone not pay the internet bill?

"internet Issue'???

What about a professinal technical reply? Server crash, bridge disconnection? Some details please.

What the hell has "internet Issue' got to do with my VPS in London 2ms latency not being able to connect to the trading server.

Time to close this account.

Seems to be up and running.

Not impressed though. 8 hours of downtime and no courtesy to even update clients about this.

Not happy at all. I don't even think they have an Australian office, customer service is only online chat and that is very vague. Phone calls are directed through to the UK.

Withdrawn my money, or at least made request, lets see if they process it now.

There are plenty of better brokers out there that make an effort.

sorry to hear the 8 hour downtime.

i am trading from hong kong, the server crashed 2 hours ago, total down time around 1.5 hr.

the previous crash was on around 25 Jan 2015, the day ECB announce QE. lasted several hours.

now it happened again, though nothing big is around the corner.

Agree with you on that. Emails are replied only during Australian hours, meaning that those on the other side of the world end up waiting for at least 12 - 24 hours before a meaningful response is sent over.

On the hunt for another broker too. These guys are total crap and today's dealing with the downtime takes it to a whole new level of customer service.

WTF. What phone calls? Mine were directed overseas and promptly hung up before even talking. Your website is/was down so no online support.

What if another CHF event took place while your 'internet issues' servers were down????

Why would your London trade server be down while your (Australian?) web site be down at the same time? I mean why the f%$k are they on the same server anyway?

Just process my withdrawal sport.
