DislikedHi guys, what do you think about this, please. A half hour before the official Alpari.co.uk website was closed, I managed to transfer money from sub-accounts to one big (and made a withdrawal procces). But the question is, should I be considered as the one who had an open trades THE time or not? ... Probably there should be some signs in their databases that something 'was going on there on my acc', so will they clearly identify me as non-tading client? Thanks in advance.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Dude if you had open trades after 15jan 9am gmt you have to wait atleast till the end of march. If you did not take any trades after that time you will be able to claim soon and will receive a email instructing how to go through with the claims. Also, there is a claim form https://www.insolvency-kpmg.co.uk/Vi...e-5a1186bb0c8e you can download it and send forth your claim. Please remember it makes sense to send the claim form only if you had open trades after...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Everyone can claim directly through the portal, but it will avaliable first for those who didn't have any open trades before and after the Swiss National Bank Announcement, once they have processed most of those clients, it will be open for the rest of the clients(those with trades during and after the Swiss National Bank event). Hope this clarifies it abit.Ignored

Disliked{quote} You don't need to fill any forms, you just have to wait for an email from KPMG to get access to the Claims Portal where you can submit what claims you have. I assume you will also be able to dispute any bad spreads, as they will check the correct prices/spreads at the time, and if you have been subjected to a unusual high/bad spread i guess they will take that into account. Can i ask how bad was the spread they closed you at?Ignored
DislikedHi everyone, This may appear like a stupid question and may have already been answered, so my apologizes. I had open trades when this whole Swiss Bank disaster happened. I had EURUSD and AUDUSD trades open and Alpari closed them. I ended up losing $2000 USD. My balance after all trades were closed was $1000 USD. My questions are: 1) Do I wait to use the claim portal to submit my claim? Or the claim form? In the email it states: " Accordingly, if you: (1) did not hold open positions over the 15 and 16 January 2015, you may wish to refrain from submitting...Ignored
