DislikedThe negative balances will not affect the current segregated pool. Individuals with negative balances will owe "The Company" money, and thus will be required to repay it. The segrageted pool is intact, only the KPMG fees will be paid from this pool, and it is unsure that 100% of the KPMG fees will be paid by the segregated client pool is how i understood it. I think this is something they will vote on. Worst case scenario clients will get more than 90% of the money back. Best case scenario the clients will get more than 95% of the segregated pool...Ignored
