Trading consistently for profits

Yeah me to i've seen this happen countless times on FF, somebody come out with claims of a way or a method that is profitable, every month end in profit, wow! This would be the first red flag.

Then, we can see about all this profitable stuff is applied on intraday trading (wow again!). Second red flag.

Of course, the 10 pips stoploss (superwow!) Third red flag.

A secret formula of equilibrium/multidimensional stuff, (we still don't know what this is all about, so i can't say or deny a wow here).
But, the fact that as for now is still not revealed, this is a wow! Fourth red flag.

At this point the Fifth and last red flag would be the typical "i will teach my secret stuff to only 10 lucky guys, in private. I will charge a small fee because this thing is only for serious people!".

I have to admit that the start is not quite good (already 4 red flags), but let's not panic!
Maybe this time is different.

No offense to the author, he must understand that FF have really seen countless gurus/messiahs (we can find them all in the commercial section of the forum), so a little bit of skepticism is understandable.

Everybody that are attacking this thread because they are fixated on something and so they are not able to see from a different perspective, leave this thread, it is not for you. If you are good traders you don't waste your time on judging, you should have a lot of things to do, a good trader is always in a state of learning. I'm not saying you are not good traders, it's all up to you. Read what you want, take what you want and more important, think with your mind and produce something useful, oh not for me or everyone here, but for yourself. I'm sayting that because I think that this thread can reveal something useful, it's only a matter of time and patience, but it can be done only in a quiet thread.

Well when you make or somethink like that a new method or systém and is so much profitable for how long you going to revealing it weeks ? If u want to share it public just do it without blah blah around ..

equilibrium/balance is a key concept in the market, although it is not so easy to understand... by chance this week i was reading some posts by a ff member who talked about this argument, he posted a picture here http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?p=8030919#post8030919 and describes equilibrium as the tendency of price to revisit certain levels, is this what you mean as equilibrium?
Anyway i look forward to learn something new from you.

do you mean the distribution of pips over a period of time? Time being the constant.

Well, if you think about it in time->0 there is always equilibrium on markets. If not price would change of course. But that gives us nothing since we are not trading in time->0.

hm, i seem to have trouble getting my meaning across. my point about closing trades early was just supposed to be an example of things that involve having the right mind set. in no way was i trying to say i know what he is planning to share. anyway i should have let Pinktrade speak for himself.

is it a constant equilibrium that is to be traded? What are you equating with/against? So much info on what does not work, little on what/how/when it works (cannot even start to talk about why)

This thread was developed to talk about equilibrium and it seems some have had success with this approach, other seem to not like this approach, ok great thanks for adding positive insight, that doesnt help the conversation at all. When ever ideas are presented and you aren't able to open your mind to a new approach why not try to learn to it or add to it ?

I plan on adding. I personally trading with equilibrium in mind all the time, thats how the market moves. It seems many believe banks are in this to make money, well yes of course but at the same they are in to limit risk, just like an oil company, grain company etc. They want to take a position that will result in them not buying to high or sell to low. They are looking for price where volume is its highest. Where as retail traders want the action to be the shiny knights who sells at the top and buys at the bottom (me included), so the most important piece is to understand where the market likes to be, and doesnt like to be. And the best place to start is finding the the equilbrium point, being daily, hourly, or for me in the 1 -3 min range.

I personally use 7 different aspects but the most important is finding the markets comfort zone.

The other aspects being

Trend and Trend S&R
OBV (on balance volume) and OBV S&R
Price Patterns, (wedges, triangles, double tops etc)
Harmonics (butterfly, AB-CD, Gartley etc)
and most important which helps with determing markets equilibrium point is VOLUME-at-Price.

Trading isnt some easy technique, it takes many aspects to find success, some will say less and all the power to them. But for ones, trade, to increase probabilities, the most important aspect IMO (as well as other who support this thread) is market channels/market equilibrium, I personal feel this gives a better idea of key areas of price equilbrium compared to S&R even thou they are fairly similar they still require other tools for confirmation.

I agree with you. In fact the way this thread is presented, i can remember John (exchangemarket101). I was scammed by him after 2 months of group discussion in skype and he never laydown his strategy, it just thinking, thinking, thinking why this price act this way, why do you think this way, etc.etc. Shame on me . I hope pinktrade is different person.

Never trust a trader who claims he is ptrofitable but can't provide simple proof with a statement or myfxbook account. When he says he is rich and already started several business with the money made from trading, I estimate the chances for that to be a lie higher than 70%. If he offers no proof, but gladly makes his email public (altough he is a very busy rich man) the odds are even higher that he is a liar and a con artist with an elaborate plan.

if you read that thread and see how this one is turning out, begging for the secrets on ff this is a great lesson in control and emotion and fool on you if you feel your getting something .
By posting this, I kindly ask everybody not to send me emails asking for money with an excuse. I also had financial problems in the past. Everybody even me have life problems every day. I have been scammed in the past. I do my share of philanthropy work - maybe more than my family would like. This is why this thread is here to help some with their financial problems and future. This is all I have to say at this moment. Next time I will also post the names.

Back for quick answer to email questions. ALso, I see some posted a few charts and will shed some light on their questions.

Emails:

1. I do not trade ticks. I could but I am too much used to regular TF's from when I started trading. Since it doesn't matter which TF I trade - I don't trade ticks.
2. I am not hedging my positions. I do not use Martingale (this one in my opinion will led you to sure wipe out).
3. My SL is small 10 pips at all times. I increased it to 15 pips after the black Thursday but now I'm back to 10.
4. Please read the thread - TP is given my market action. I always know my targets when I enter a trade.
5. Stay with the thread and will see the multi-dimensional side. Probably everyone is waiting for almost the same thing.
6. It doesn;t matter the trading sessions. I trade when I have time or I feel like trading. I do not trade during news and in the night I'm sleeping so... mostly NY and London.
7. Largest draw down in the last year: 10 pips (my SL), 3 trades in a row. I never move my SL no matter what I think, believe or feel. SL is there for a reason. I make back the loss in the next trades.
8. I do not trade every day.
9. I can say that I'm a scalper with some positions or intra-day with others. Stay with the thread and you will understand how and why.

We are all adults here. If you think its a scam then go to another thread. Pinktrade has done nothing to warrant all the suspicion. Maybe you think this equilibrium and multidimensional stuff is a bunch off woo woo to trick people into a scam. It doesnt need 50 people to say it and everybody here should know by now to not be giving money over skype, western union, etc. etc. etc.

If this is the correct definition I would be very interested in finding out how you trade it!! And how it relates to the chart posted by Pinktrade earlier in the thread.
