most total jobs added for the year in decades, however, with this growth, why wages are not growing as much? that is the question

the question?? u dont hire a new guy and give them top wages on day one off the street. plus a lot of these jobs were retail for seasonal Christmas. it stands to reason the wages as a whole would suffer w/o saying.
