That you again GreenB, I'm learning so much this last couple of days by just reading this thread then what I have learned the the past 5 years that I have attempted to trade forex. I appreciate all your elp and SJ, and everyone else in here that keep this thread alive.

It wasn't quite what I was after unfortunately....for example when I close a single trade the only way I can know precisely how many "pips" it made or lost is through calculation, whereas you guys seem to know you have made 40 pips or whatever it happens to be pretty much immediately, which led me to believe that you guys have something (apart from calculating) which tells you your profit or loss in pip format as opposed to currency format.

No Problem, I know because I set a TP and it tells me when I hover the mouse over it. You can also use the pointer by clicking on the cross hairs on the top left. When you drag between 2 points it gives you a number, just divide it by ten.

edit: I also use these to work out how much Profit I can expect and to work out my lot based on % risk

Try this to see if you are happy, from Inputs tab change Fractional pips to 'false'

Have something like that in mind for myself. I was always an ok trader not bad but not good a BE trader. TMS gave me something,
dont know what it is but it did. I'm much more calm during trades and have more confidence that the trade will go my way even with
DD's. Let the trade breathe and it will emerge.
