Razor, the SNB has a massive bid on 1.2. So the market will have to fill all the SNB bid to break that price level. It's the level 2 basic classical concept. Forget the platforms lots and their fake spikes and dips When I see on my bloomberg screen a price below the 1.2 that means game over

Little wonder why a steak in switzerland is 45 chf and across the boarder it is 5€

Thank you so much for your reply!I traded this pair when they intervened the last time.It dipped below,and took out some of my stops.But as you said,that could have been the platform.
I am so happy this is not Zimbabwe

And they want to keep it that way. The thing is that they want a foreigner to afford to buy the 45 ch steaks and order Fries aside that's why they want a lower exchange rate

The reality is most of the swiss live near the boarders (€ neighbors) where goods are cheaper. a strong chf sends the citizens shopping where they can get more for less.

Yes, the more they do that the more Euros they need to buy. Guess what that does to the Franc price. Cross-border trade is a main market equalizer factor.

Last time when SNB made a mistake with the floor temp. break they adjusted their bit to 1.201So they're there now.

1,1982 is a valid target for EC. 1,1940 is as well. Mario vs Roth....my money is on Mario. I do have a buy signal from 2012 @1,1942...what goes up must go down in order to go up

Is there anyone here that remembers 2008s chf line in the sand @154,00. That turned out badly for swissy- well here we are again another line in the sand. All that comes of this insanity is a devastated domestic economy. The SNB is the little boy with his finger in the dike. As they say....lead or follow but get out of the way.

Glad to see new dudes here. Everyone wants to long EC on current prices

SNB must wake up and realize that it's not time to play boy games or rat and cat on current level.

Never worried about the cap being broken before Gold BS, it will not happen, bears stop dreaming, but about SNB saying something reckless if the Yes Vote wins!!!

However, must remind ppl that SNB mentioned 2 words when talking about results of Yes Vote win: will be 'harder", will be "difficult" to defend the 1.20

SNB never said that they'll remove the cap if Gold Yes Vote wins!!

In the meantime, I expect similar or better spikes(for EC) like the quick 7 pip one few hours ago.

There's a lot of money in this pair if it continues doing so and better until some big spike take it back to above 1.21

Enjoy trading it and careless of the possible cap break, until 20 days time our accounts will be flying up up up in greeeeeeeen

Market trading is for Strong Hearts, long EC take reasonable profit on super high leverage and lots exit comfortably and repeat again.........

I advice EC Bulls to be patient, hold their longs with high confidence, the RR is superbly great. I believe EC is plotting the lowest price possible(sure above 1.20) before the huge spike

Just playing the devils advocate here. Is there any technical or fundamental reason you believe that a long position is the right position.....other than a midget makes threats against Mario (ECB)
