they have to save the exporters and keep them in business and save jobs. For sure the buying pressure will be huge but as I said it's their word that they will defend the cap not mine.

If anyone believes that the gold poll will pass and SNB would obey that result, should buy gold or gold stocks now. Because they will need to buy a goddamn lot of it, and keep buying all the time. Until it will burst and the Swiss people will have to choose between having a job, or the national bank having gold.

If they don't respect the result of the poll, that would be a big hit to the Swiss system. I don't believe they would do that.
With a high purchasing power currency, you can work less... Every import will cost them far lower. Why want absolutely to work when you can live better and work less by being clever.
It won't be a problem for all internal business in CHF, and the banking sector will skyrocket. On the long term, they will become the leading financial center, ahead of everybody (Luxembourg reached one of the highest GDP per person that way)

The race to the bottom with everybody wanting a lower currency is a nonsens.
I expect the Swiss (I like quite much) to be smarter than everybody wanting to shoot their currency on this one...

In the last decades, the CHF went from 4,30 CHF for 1 USD to under 1 CHF for 1 USD, and they did very well.
Beetween the US and Switzerland, who did better, the one with the strongest currency or the other one ? (On every aspects)

You listened and apparently believed too much propaganda.
(On a side note, I purchased buy options on Gold and will add more until the 30th nov)

EDIT: My fear is that people will fall for this kind of propaganda, but the funny thing is that I keep on hearing voices lately believing the YES will pass !

We just had the lowest daily close in nearly 2 years

I watched the pair a few days and the selling pressure is huge.
Also the correlation with EURUSD and USDCHF seems to change, implicating something / someone is directly targetting EURCHF.

I can only see it go down, at least the coming month.

you fail to distinguish between what is a sustainable, and beneficial strong currency, to what is a recipe for catastrophically shrinking of the monetary base. This stuff is 101 macroeconomics, that every central bank knows well, it's not for spirit of contradiction any rational economist is against a even a partial return to the gold era.

I respect what you wrote for what it is: Your opinion.
To me, it's almost as much BS as what is coming from the so-called "economists" you refer to.

Of course all (central) bankers, politicians and economists are against gold standard: They managed to make people accept a currency with an intrinsec value of 0. They can create it at will out of thin air. They even have an army of people like you defending the system. I guess I must stop this discussion here.

EDIT: Did you read the link ? It is quoting a banker from Julius Baer. The fact that I provided you a link from a gold related website is irrelevant, you can find this article somewhere else too.

It's becoming funny to not say stupid seeing some weirdly asking who are the Bulls longing EC on 1.2050s strong support instead of having a question of who are the FOOOOOLS shorting at this level

Honestly, if not of Money Management I could had considered 1.2050 the floor to higher more leverage bigger lots....but since there's always a chance for move to 1.20 floor, taking the risk into consideration without going fully....

Strangely, my positions highly profitably running....... on longing the dollar against most currencies while barely 10 pips on EC since it's not correlating well with the flying UC and UJ.....

The more nonsense is after hitting 1.2068(that must had been 1.2078 target), EC does not hold on the way back to 1.2060, anyway longing 1.2060 or 1.2058 doesn't really differ on medium term unless EC decides to go back to its miserable world!!!!, but I believe the fight will be huge today as it started the day with this big spike(for EC!!) because weekly and monthly traders will not relax till market close and it will be in Bulls favor

The brave hearts who want to short EC dreaming of floor break, DO IT NOW!!! Not trash post rubbish on EC thread while have no guts to do so...

We Bulls have strict decision of continuing longing EC crazily on current and higher levels too, don't want ignorant ppl to challenge us in virtual

Gold Referendum = BS No will win, even if yes wins it will not pass....politicians have the final answer....

At worst if 20% Gold becomes a fact, no effect on the floor from that...BE SURE AND STOP POSTING NONSENSE

It's just a matter of time for EC to be seen above 1.21 and running upward......

In the meantime, enjoying madly longing on super heavy lots and crazily making money

Actual the gold website is pretty good (but not that article). I was being prejudicial, and have removed the criticism.

Good luck trading what you think is right, even if that is accumulation of metal as replacement for achievement, productivity and trust.
