i had a long on the 61 fib on my chart sl 5 pips and the spike to 3 times the pip amount,, just on the phone to them now not happy £312.. sorry 112 ,,,slippage what the is that all about ??

what the hell ..how can u have a stop loss of 5 pips and get stopped out but its 15 and a fraction of a pip loss
