Short Or Long?? .. I am so damn confused

Of course you are.. because you forgot the 3rd option: stay out.

Also once you've decided short/long, you also need to ask 2 more question: how much exposure, where to put the stop?

No, if news are bad it's going up for sure to test last month close price at 1.2625/30 and daily high.

This is totally controlled pair now. Only range 80-95 is unliquid.
They think they are smarter than I am.

Even if the RSI & MACD supports the improvement in EURUSD, the 1.2635 becomes crucial for the pair to trigger rally till 1.2750. However, i support the 1.2500 re-test and then reversal.

EURUSD
Price at .864 Ret daily chart + WS1. Until I get a 4 hrs close above 1.2604 (reversal candle and close) my bias is down for challenge of the lows at 1.2500.

hmmmm USD is on its way appreciating in value back to pre-crisis levels so it seems....
makes sense now that they end QE and yet other countries may still be printing.... so do not be too surprised if the USDx (the dollar index) creates a new high
btw the USDX is the dollar value against a basket of other currencies.... so from what i can see..... with diverging monetary policy where USD tightening and the world still easing.... makes USD appreciate in value against hmmm well everything....

there probably wont be QE4 until hmmm let see... another 50% collapse that occured in the US equities market in 2008.... which... wont happen.... whats different between market today and market in 2008. well 2008 had less regulation and much higher leverage by banks.... now banks are not as highly leveraged as they used to be.... and more capital requirements rules and regulation is making sure that if the market does correct, it wont correct 50%
We live in a finite world with infinite possibilities.

After the FOMC news yesterday EUR/USD dropped significantly without even reaching the resistance at 1.2830. It will likely continue to descent with target 1.2500, which is a pretty strong support level.
