Looks like longing Aussie is not a good proposition at all, Dr Roubini has spoken. Technically, there is not even a sign of reversal since the fall started earlier this month.

Having sustained the break of 0.8900, the pair is likely to extend its decline towards 0.8810. Upside resistance of 0.8930 becomes important for the pair to test 0.9000 level.

Selling pressure continues to drag AUDUSD to over 7-month lows. Will Chinese PMI data on Tuesday, or short-term oversold conditions put some break on the free-fall for the currency...???

Every pull-back now seems as an opportunity to cautiously accumulate short positions... cautious because of short-term oversold conditions...

The pair will reach a very important support at 0.8831 as there is no doubt it will re-bounce in this area. a possible pullback up has to take place in this zone. we may see 60 pips up and then reverse back to south if the pair is still weak...
