Eur Usd Usd Cad Aud Usd are all ready for a decent move north.

Aud Usd has been in a holding pattern for awhile now soon to move up

Eur Usd has been "Royal Flushed" 3x in the last 3 weeks as the big boys are short squeezing everyone while Greece headlines are confusing traders who cant figure out which way price is moving next-the big boys are also shaking out longs with quick high octane down moves

Usd Cad is moving up as well with back and forth movement

There has been a lot of discussion about the Canadian economy moving into a recession in the imminent future. What would be the best pairs to trade in order to take advantage of a weakening Canadian economy. In addition, what would be the best hedge on any bets against the Canadian dollar? Hedge with a basket of commodity driven equities or ETFs?

Ignored

If you are confident the Canadian dollar is going to devalue, but don't want to expose the other side of a trade, you can divide your risk by 7 and sell CAD against ALL the other major currencies. Effectively you will be making a broad bet that CAD will perform worse than the average of the other currencies.
