No point trading against the trend and fundementals at this moment with this pair! I'm pretty certain this will keep going south until the referendum next week! Technical analysis is of no use IMO, as the market sentiment is bearish.

This has been going down down, while everyone screams bounce! There wil be no major bounce, let alone most likely no bounce at all, until the referendum date has passed.

Until then this will keep going south, support and resistance might be of no value at this moment.

I See Trend is Still "South"

I'm with Bones. -Navin i've been busy like Chris trying to take
care of Family & Elderly mom. You all probably
won't get this 'till later, if at all.

Navin, i was intimidated all day to trade that "Gap",
and didn't like it "Short", and i 'Didn't like it "Long", -either!
*I remember a couple weeks ago this happened, where
the "Gap Must be filled Thing", took a couple days.

I finally saw the move & went "Short" here, back up @1.6100.
I believe on a small 5_min Chart for "Scalper's" we are in a wave-5,
or Beginning of '2nd Wave-Set back down, "South".

I agree w/"Pipster" on the Numbering of the Waves though...

Next Post: "Oh Gosh Golly"... A Chart? -Crude Albeit!

Here are some of my target(s),
Albeit, they are "Hopeful" ones...

__ 1.6053 "if" 1.6063 get's taken back out & Not Double-Pinned.

__ 1.6045 "Next" Alt. Price Projection...

__ 1.6034 -More "Pippage" to be had...

__ a WEEKLY CHART, Tells of a 50% Retrace, at 1.6003, "Area".
-MARK That Down, "Folk's" / You take your own Gander / Make a Fib/Fib(s).

I think we are on Wave-1 of a Wave-5; on a 5-Min Chart right now,
and should go further "South", if so, here.

-But Please, USE YOUR OWN CHARTING, And "Glean" Your Own Trade Calls,
It's more Fun, -Anyway & is the "Fun" of Trading

thats true jeff...i never trade them to be honest..but for me i have been in DD from 1.7 and when price came too 1.62 i thought to myself surely this gap has to close at some point..and it comes with positive swops and locks in a loss incase in the rises..

now the mofo is sinking question is to what point

The pair confirmed a further weak closing maintaining the gap down of about 100 pips also in the US market. The low last night was 1,6098; we’re therefore starting again with a small gap down that could help the CABLE to test directly the 1,60 level where we expect some support also because we find the 200 weeks line, however not so important, or let’s say not always!! The indicators of the daily chart are still well negative and well oversold, now below the 20% level; last time we had a similar situation our reference RSI plunged to 18,89 before a correction kicked in (2008). The indicators of the s/t charts are also negative with further fresh bullish divergences confirming the negative tone! The slope of the drop is still very steep!!

Yeah, i was intimidated by the Gap, and i would not trade (my) desired path today,
"South". -But then this evening i saw Japan, and "Jumped-In", for a 'dip', "South".
