Bought one lot GA.

The ADR is 90 pips.

Today it moved down 177 pips.

Move to 1.7650 is the target for me.

main move is down and the fact that it has exceeded ADR means it has conviction..i guess too u bro u see exhaustion in the move hence the buy..i can also see from yur indicators that u perhaps see bullish diverence as well to support the buy

I do agree that it is looong bear candle, with 180 pips down today.

To me it is safe to go opposite if the ADR level is broken and far away fron that level.

The next day after such move will most probably a choppy move but minimum 23 % retracement can be expected and safe to me. Let us see how it goes

As long as you have your target(23%), I think u are good ( But I would move my SL to BE ASAP)

Yeah, some use this, but I do not use this BE function and try to book profit only, and until now the ADR concept works very well for me.

If you notice all the PA it will be like this.

One day extremely over sold, next day retracement 23 to 38 %.

Then it will to test previous day low and even it breaks it, But still safe to go long.

See for instance what happened with EURNZD.

Yesterday and today PA.

Yesterday the pair moved up by 170 pips.

The ADR IS 90 pips. Today the range is just 60 pips.

GA when I took long trade, was in RN ( Round number ) 1.7600 level.
