but is there any way for retail traders to know news a few seconds early ? i've heard some services like bloomberg gives actual readings a few seconds early is this the case ? has anyone used bloomberg system ?

PA will tell you the news outcome 1-2 hours ahead of the release. Works 90% of all times.
