Caught between Weekly and daily pivot. Daily sup 1 is 3358 ish.. Daily res 1 3447 ish. Did break out low on the asia session. Still waiting for a small bounce. If test of daily high is in the cards i will wait for a reaction.

REVISED Price movement and closing probabilities going forward.!!!

1.3434 = 0.10

1.34055 = 0.35

1.33900 = 1

1.33785 = 0.89

1.33644 = 0.86

What do these numbers mean?
At the time the numbers were calculated the current price always has probability 1. To have an idea of where price will go, One has to look at other price levels above or below the current one. It is clear that price levels below 1.33900 have higher probabilities. Therefore, I will call DOWN for EURUSD going forward.

ok - I'm seeing a decent rejection of 13350 weekly support with 3 failed attempts to break it between 6-8 AUG - support on lower TF at 13380, which happens also to be the 50% of the AUG 6/8 100 pip mini swing. SELL EURUSD within 5pips(+spread) of 1.33949 during the next 5mins.

Profit is left to you. I am a high-frequency-trader and anything from 1pip to 100pips is ok for me!

Asia high posted early and 4am low breached by Franky session. London open hasn't done a fake move...yet but I could reload at 3420 if she goes up there.
A pip is only worth it if you know how much you risked to earn it

Dear All,

Pls find below image & advise me this kind of problem can happen or it is a problem of the broker?
I enter a sell trade 1.3399 & set my stop loss as 1.3407
During the NFP news my trade was closed,but the trade closed at 1.3412. I lost more than 5 pip than I expected.
So I want to no this is a normal situation during the news time or this is a problem of my broker.


Your advise is very valuable for me...

This normally happens when the broker varies the spread, especially during news. So, I am sure, they closed you taking the spread into consideration.

Yes it is a normal thing to happen in the news. Your SL gets activated at the first available price which may not be what you have SL set to. During news events price can gap more than 20 pips, so even if your SL may be set to 5 pips it will get filled at 25 pips. It can work the other way also, your TP may get filled at a better price.

3382/83.5 if the bulls have a shot for a bounce its here, we missed 75 retrace friday...bears need to break this. the low till friday high puts a 3102 sequence number in the middle.. meaning there was a = distance either side of 3383.5,,,http://www.forexfactory.com/search.p...rchid=10963156

also, on friday you said you could not see a problem in 1.3422 and u made fun of me for saying that but it did got corrected as well

Entered trade Sell at 1.33954 at the moment it is 8 pips down from there : ) have put in a target 1.3365 and stop 1.3427 might move target up to the higher probability level especially if it has a good chance of retracing as Gatorinla mentioned.... we will see keeping an eye on it
