Look 1H... Doesn't seem due for a retracement.... Also seems like the forecast is rather high and it is going to be difficult for it to positively affect GBP... like my friend said over there, seems like all signs point that it will go down

From my point of view :
for today I'll trade as follow ( based on 30 min chart)

if open > 1.68332 --> long
if open < 1.68200 --> short

even if ... I prefer for now the long side

I see where you're coming from but something tells me that USD has to stay strong in August....nothing fundamental has changed on GBP and look where we are now ....16760 is good for some retracement
