Perhaps.

You saw the possibility of it going to 1.6820, which it did, if you really believed in your thought process you should have shorted to that point and switch and go long. I closed my long term short this morning at 1.6830 and switch to a long position at 1.6825. If I thought it would get to 1.6800 or lower I would have held my short. but I trust my thought process on when to enter and exit a trade.

I made a mistake last night, because I had a short order from 6890, but I closed it at 6882, because the bulls looked so strong at that moment and euro didn't want to go down a bit. Shouldn't have them fool me. PA has been tricky this week. Well, more luck next week.

Btw last night I didn't think it can go as low as 6820, I even posted it, that I think we may go to 6837, which we even hit after the news, but the continued down move from there surprised me a little.
