Haha how difficult to make prediction if not going up then down. Chance to be right is always 50%. Even a broken clock always right twice a day.

Truth is, until this week's data is released, nobody (but the creators of that data ) can do anything but guess. That said, it's moved up, more than it has down so far today. Based on that, I don't feel an opportunity to short at the levels I mentioned is out of the question at all.

So far everything points towards a 1.7 break during asian session, at least for me. I will try to enter a long scalp around 6980-85 during early asian session. With target 7040.

I'm not long if it does...I would love to short it at 7040. I don't think it will leave its range much until FOMC on wednesday. That could provide some direction, or maybe a false break before friday's news.

Yeah, shorts are not bad at this point, because SL can be set only 15 pips away...so not that much of a loss, if it turns. I wish it went to 7012 today, at least, from there I would short it, too. This 1.7 is tricky...I don't trust it yet, maybe if asians try it and get rejected, too.

Tomorrow are some GBP news, nothing major, but could definitely help bring this above 1.7 for a short. Today was a dead day.
