hoping it can break up out of this downtrend on the 1h chart so far though it looks like its continuing the downward trend just bounced off the trend line on way back down. Hoping for rednews at 10am. Either way though shaping up to be good trade opportunity. Looking at the Daily though its smack dab in the middle of the upward channel so with green news at 10am. It could continue downwards especially with 1hr resistance.

Look at daily...we didn't have so many bear days in a while...but they are all small bear days, so there is either a big bear day coming to finish it up or a big bull day again. Tomorrow is some good GBP stuff, might be a dangerous day to trade during EU session.

totally agree, tomorrow is the day where the move is going to happen for sure now its just a matter of deciding what trade to take. As you've said there have been about 3 small bearish days so either well see a bullish retrace or a big bear day to bring it more towards the bottom of the channel. All dependent on news as well. Right now im just placing trades off this 1h downward trend, selling at top buying at bottom until its broken.

Might be safe to wait it out...for me, if we have a big bear day, 100 pips or more, I will long it without a SL, for me that would be it, when it comes to pullback towards 1.73. Or we we have a big spike up, 7250 might be a good place to short in a few days. Either way, I hope its a volatile day and it finally shows some direction.

Thanks for the heads up.

I will however continue to trade my plan short to 1.6900 with an extended take profit to 1.6750 depending on price action upon reaching 1.6900
