So PA did get to 1.7145 before moving all the way to 1.7085, what next?

According to my charts, PA should stall in the zone 1.7120 - 1.7128 move side ways before continuing the move down, i see 1.7050/1.7040 the ultimate target for he move down, cant see it move any further.

The USD has to stabilize and be more valueble than the cotton linen fibres it is printed on or else no real reason to go down on other currencies.
