Yep Dollar analysis confirms it trough USDCHF, USDJPY, USDTRY. Right now testing important level trough all pairs, its going to bounce a bit i think, which will drag EU a bit down (hopefully enough to take some profits on short), but then USD should weaken more starting tomorrow or day after. In any case UJ pending still waiting, and will add UCHF pendings too if we retrace enough.

Ugh - why am I failing so hard at this? Those of you going long, I don't understand why, and I don't understand this bullish thing that is happening right now. Haven't all of the reports from the US been favorable to the USD strengthening? Haven't pretty much all of the reports from EUR countries been against the EUR strengthening? I've been looking at 1d/4H/1H and the longer charts seemed to indicate bearish behavior that didn't seem to be stopping.

FYI. EU neither bulls nor bearish. It is ranging. Take it to your advantage and play safe. No need to put too much efforts on indicators, technical, fundament etc.

The next days will be anything else than easy.

I have identified bearish divergence on daily and bullish divergence on weekly charts.
Make something out of it for yourself.

I had my 1% early within LO with a buy, what else?

I could not believe all these short advices that were written here all day long.

I'd say you must be looking at it at the wrong angel if it is causing you so much frustration and confusion.

It is how the market works. No need to be confused because there is always hidden factors retail trader don't see it.

My suggestion for you is stay flat till the price action go along with you analysis. good luck.

I used to be that way too, its the bumps you get along the road of learning. I'd suggest get a VERY good understanding of support and resistance. Look at Montly, weekly, daily. Find areas that should find some s/r there and watch the LTF for entries. Takes time dont give up we ALL have been there

Depends on how you look at it. Better to make (or lose) a few pips on a tight range day as opposed to being on the wrong side of a huge move on a more volatile day. Ranges are the easiest part of trading imo.

Think in Forex you will never understand.

Last nite I went long from 1.3589 and it drop 15 pips to 1.3575 ...
In the morning I closed for +2 pips ....
Now I shorted it, It won't go down

When you enter a trade, Most of the time it will go against you!

If everything so obvious, everyone will be rich ....
When you enter a trade is important because of the timeframes
I always enter a trade too early and it's a bad thing!


Right it seem like UJ, EU, AU, GU, EA .. it's either at support or it resistance level..
Can't really determine ...best advice is to wait!

Good point......

You know I came to the conclusion that it all depends on people personality.......some people are good at range some at better at trends........the ability of the trader of identify what days lies ahead is very significant for that purpose, myself I am not in that category yet...so mostly after I enter a trade, I might take partial profit at what seems a level that defines a range moving my SL to BE and let the rest run....so if it continues I will ride the wave......

Is that the best option for me? Not all the time, because taken partial profit in a tight range just to see the rest stopped out at BE is not a good RR, if you know what I mean....Would be best to cover all and then revers........but as I said I find it very difficult to determine what is coming....

EURUSD folks,
I have been looking at videos from this guy on Youtube and he says that forexfactory gives an opinion as to where the market is going every morning for any given pair. I don't see this anywhere on the site. Can someone tell me if this is true and where would I find this information?
For example; I only trade EURUSD and I want to see where forexfactory believes the trade is going. Is this possible?

Right. That was what I am when I just started trading not long ago.

Everything tends to go against me. After a while, I tend to sit back and check back either every 15m or 1h. When the signal seem to be clearer, I entered it.

The most important is patience and see the behavior. Made a risk by going long since yesterday (morning now). It is still on bullish. =)
