yeah I know it's free and it's really good but what I can't understand is how the () does the old version v9 work perfectly every single day (and I mean it) and the latest one doesn't work and doesn't even want to start? That's what I don't get. I tried to sort out every single problem that could be sorted out - different platforms from different brokers, different hard drives, even different PCs - nothing could get it up and running. Let's just find a decent way to sort this thing out. It's probably the only basket trading EA that actually works and it would be really nice if I could use the new version. Thanks.

UseIXO_X is a confirmed color change of the IXO and is only present for one candle, the confirming candle.
UseIXO_D is only the confirmed color of the IXO, which may be present for many candles until it changes color.

The next post by me will contain a "Getting Started" video with all the needed EAs and Indies to get you up and running and it explains the X and D difference also.

OK, here is a video and a zip file with all the needed EAs and Indies to get you set up and running with the JPY7 basket.
One thing I forgot to mention is that your Broker's account should have all 28 pairs needed by the basket writer heat map.

I have also posted this on the first page.

Also, be sure to look at the videos on the EAs and Indies used, as this video does not cover all the details of how they are used.

Hi Liuxaio...

You seem to be cluttering up your charts, as you would have noticed, the less clutter the better your chart. You don't need all those extra tools you have put on your chart. Just watch PA and candle patterns and let the EA do some of the work.

Missing indicator Alert !!!

I forgot to put an indicator in the getting started zip file, here it is, just put it in your indicators file, the Basket Writer EA needs it for its heat map, it doesn't have to be on the chart.

I have added it to the zip file in the first post also.

Hi,

I see your HA smoothed indicator. It looks smooth a bit, but much lag of price turning.

Can trading a basket of pairs (7 pairs of yen) overcome the lag of indicator ?

What is advantage of trading a basket ? for reduce risk? reduce drawdown? reduce entry lag? increase winning odd? increase big win from big swing of yen? increase average winning % or pips ?, reduce average loss % or pips ? reduce length of loss streaks ? etc. ?

If we wait for all indicators of 7 pairs of yen turn to bull or bear, eg. trend direction change, then, lag would be much big.
Can't read your entry rules in EA code, so, just ask.

it's not necessary to trade the 7 yen pairs, you can trade every pair that you want. And you've got adjustable indicator settings so you can fit it with your trading style. I'm using a very old version of the EA and making lots of money with it, so I can't see where's the problem with the strategy. The only thing I hope is that the BT v9 doesn't stop working on mt4 for a looooooooooooooong time.

Sharemaster took the words out of my month. I just keep it simple. Seller made a very good point some posts back about mucking up the charts with all the indies people are putting on their charts. I love this EA just the way it is. It is working great for me and I have not hidden how I am using it, just look back into the history of this forum. So, two briefly recap of what I am saying here, just keep it simple and that's what I think about any extra indies.

i just try 15M trade.i just change IXO1 and IXO2 value.but how can i change HAS value.??

Just right click the indy on the chart or open the indy list and change it that way.

Does anybody have settings for IXO1, IXO2 and HAS, tested or used for another timeframes or pairs?..
