well, ona of the worker of the biggest brokerage company in the world told not to follow the majority. well he didn't tell me to follow the trades at forexfactory. He told me to follow another big brokerage company.. don't ask which one.. and as I see it works for majority of pairs..

Very weak, almost no volume climb the past 16 hours. Check your 4H charts.

Al that indi sat there for months if you look at the signals there not to bad,, i might become a indi trader ,, lol

Well you know I'm no indie guy. I have the RSI on my charts just for observation purposes lately. Have to say it seems "not too bad" in the scheme of things. Mainly on the bigger charts but.... interesting.

There's no clue which banks longed GBP or which banks shorted it. Why is it going up? Maybe because of the exaggerated excitement for the rate hike that's coming whether months, quarters or years from now. In fact, GBP levels now is exactly where it is during 2009's before the rate cut. I don't have any idea if it's going to go up further this coming weeks. But what I know is that BOE wants to revive it's pre-crisis rate which is at 2.00+ levels. So to answer your question, I don't know who's buying it. I'm don't have any inside info's on BOE's or FED's, sorry. Maybe you could ask DAVIT, billy or chris what their technical views are, so you could get more professional ideas. Just to remind you, the positioning ratio in forex factory is too small to conclude or to set up which levels have huge stops. The positioning ratio just gives you a glimpse of how retail traders of forex factory are doing. By the way, if you want to check positioning ratio of big banks, as per Credit Suisse's and JP's report. They only send me the odds from the survey they get, not the actual lots and traders (because that's confidential). They only state there like +1, +2, -1, -2. I'll try to check my archive on monday and message you a sample of their report. I can't do it now cause i'm already leaving.

Why should it? No reason for it to. No big risk events, nothing major changing. Maybe a bit of day traders take profit off table for weekend?
