yes you're correct in thinking so. The current rally is purely absurd. We have a big housing bubble in the UK and any hike in interest rate will directly impact the system. Also, if you notice, in 2009 the interest rates were around 5-5.5 and during then the GBP/USD was valued at around 2. So, this rally is totally over valued considering the fact that neighbors Europe are in a deep shit. This will drag down UK economy in not ime.. just wait and watch,,

We might get 1.80 but not without IR hike which will be in 2015
I expect a correction since price didn't "correct" yet.
Nothing goes up in straight line.

Well he did bluntly say IR will be raised sooner then expected.Carney knows his every word causes reaction.If BOE didn't want pound to rally they could of kept their mouth shut.

Well I went short a while ago at 7045. So here's hoping "the guy" is right. If so, that makes 3 separate confirmations of my own thinking. Two of which I trust very much.
