7039 the swing hi on the monthly and just above is weekly R1 @ 7057. Bulls in charge in this moment...will 7039 hold or give ?

Hmm, I'm in two minds whether or not I should hedge my underwater shorts. I know it's late, but I doubt whether the top is reached.

What would you do?

well countryman, it's hard to response to such a question without knowing the details, but in general I would say
-do not hedge stay in or out
-do not force a trade-idea upon price, talking about long term just define what level would be unthinkable for you and bail if it reaches there
-on the short term one could expect a lot of short stops a bit above 1,7050 if it spikes upward around there it could indicate the start of a reversal, can't give you a level, one has to watch but something like 20 pips spike towards 1.7070 would be normal

Dont listen to people that dont know how to hedge. Its not a bad idea here because 1 you can see price is at a very extreme point in terms of fundamentals and technicals. In which case there is no point in guessing which way it will go so if you wanna buy some to hedge your short then you might as well until the picture changes as it is right now could very well see another leg up given we break the major resistance we holding now.
