Not shorting this or eur...look at dollar index. I will probably look into getting into longs at some point.

If eurusd broke 1.3558 today...that would be it for the shorts, I think.

GU shorts should be still safe for the day, if 6845 doesn't break.

Is anybody Long in cable today? And do you guys know what's Carney's speech at 4:00 PM today is about? FF listed that event as market-impacting, how do you think his speech will impact the cable's movement?

These speeches are always market as red, Carney, Yellen and the others...but mostly end up being meaningless. Especially during that time of the day.

7040 could be the trade of the year. 15 pip stop loss and potential 1000+ pips gain. Can't think of a better r/r ratio.

Boy the cable is slow today. The EU moved up almost 10 pips and the cable only moved like 5 pips and not even. Guess a lot of cross traders are pushing the cable down?

It would be. I think a bit a fantasy there but hey, who knows? Mr. market is always right. I'm not.

If we got to 6880ish for more shorts I'd be happy. Right now I'm still holding short at 6829 from way early this morning. Not much doing on the ole cable today.

It doesn't look like 6845 will hold...too much pressure...but shorts above 68 should be safe anyway...there will be one more leg down, even if we go close to 69, I think.

Dollar index is crashing...80.50 might stop the fall and also eur and cable longs.

Cable did a big move during EU session already...it looks tired. If it doesn't break 6845, might be a good daily scalp for 30 pips.
