This is a clear stop hunting, IMHO. You see, the red line was a support, and it was broken to the down side, but suddenly there was a reversal. This is because many people was placing their stops just below 1.6812, which was the support.
Even if those stops are hunted doesn't mean a price reversal for the long term, of course
