I think has more to do with the bears taking over the order flow at the 865 area rather than the fib. 875 level is the top of the S+D level. Nothing seems convincing either way. short trade from here seems as good as any at the moment but I am waiting.

a big sell of is on the way next days, cause of the fear of increasing nationalisms and far left parties in european union votes
in many countries, in UK i think nigel farage and nationalisms get the first place, cable has more space to drop,
can see 1,65 before the end of the month

CPI kind of took the wind out of my bearish thesis. I dont really see much reason for this to go up or down very much.

Falling inflation was the one silver lining Carney had on being dovish and it looks like it may be creeping back towards 2%, especially if sterling falls another couple 100 pips or so.


better ways to express dollar long views out there, and I dont know why anyone would want to be shorting sterling at this point other than the fact that positioning may be crowded. Look out for next weeks news on Pfizer/Astra deal, probably will cause some volatility. M&A flows have been keeping this bid for a long time.

potential reversal on GCAD - could be a re-test of top of the range @ 8700. current bid @ 8360.
looks very well supported ATM.

Something I never seem to give enough attention to (which caught me out on Vodafone deal) but we seem to be going into another phase of booming M&A's. The only place I briefly look at them is on Reuters. http://www.reuters.com/finance/deals/mergers

I have olpen Short but I start wories about this resistance line. If it broke I think GBP/USD jump wery hight.

I need worries or it is almost imposibility this week??

If you're not sure of your position you should close it. It can't be but a few pips from your entry by the looks of that chart. Market's going nowhere substantial until later tomorrow after the news anyway.

When in doubt, get out.
