I agree. There are no bears. Maybe under 3880 they might start showing up, but even then they'll be very weak.

In my books, staying above $1.39 for two nights are enough to remine confident in the ' Bull Run' scenario... Of course, conditioned by Draghi doesn't surprise the markets tomorrow!

Does anyone here has hopes of a rate cut or some credit easing like 10% chance? 5%? what chance do would you give to some action tomorrow?

because I went short yesterday and put it at breakeven and I found it survived today, so I'm like.. don't know if I just should close it

Euro and Sterling seem to be near sentiment extremes in terms of postive news... especially GBP.

A surprise rate cut would take this down hard.

not saying we have a st top atm.. it is at/near 3957/3966 R ... anyway going back to 3811 is what happens most times. in the "most times" bracket. 3102/03 is still open before 4146 in another bracket.. if dragis is e bearish, 3102 is not a stretch when all these portfolios equalize the flight.
if one goes back with 2008/09 info. 3957 area may just be the third smaller hump before continuation. the usdx is near/at support. we have no way to know if it will hold. if it does the eu should go down... neither direction is a done deal. the bears have the best r/r that they have had in years in this area..and they may get some fundi help if dragi poor mouths, along with options.. it could be a possible perfect storm.. the bond guys may join in when they fill their baskets

The Euro looks a little topish, and this view might have some credibility considering the ECB may intervene if it the euro reaches 1.40.

when it comes to rates. i listen. especially near where we are atm. this is the first time in years, when its a possibility. at the same time the fed is nearer its best chance for raising. evidently the bond market is moving for a reason. right or wrong these guys are most times right in masses. they are doing what the fed said it would do. with them, the need for the fed to buy is null. the eu made a hh. atm there is nothing but speculation here. but we are in a place where it could give max affect with a small nudge. i dont claim to know what or will not happen. if dragis wants to make a splash. he is at a good place to do it. we atm its above 3885, the level closed, the friday before the last dragi eu too high speech. so i do give him the respect of repeating it here. even w/o, a retrace to 3811/47 is no big surprise and mostly expected at some point

Imo the coolest trade now would be sell limit @3985, with a 50ish stop. We can't start a new leg down, without triggering the stops above the march high first. I can tell this from the lines on my computer screen. I would never put this trade on btw.
