We are seeing the same, perhaps sometimes price action says it all .. still short from yesterday

Could be brother.
The suspicious cynic in me says it's a pre news trap trigger in line with general downtrend towards support before the UK data throws a spanner into the works.

just an observation from history.

Personally, I hope I'm wrong and she drops like a stone, but will weather the storm if she jumps.

PA always says everything mate.. it's up to us how to see it.. some sees it half full, some sees it half empty..

that is why the saying says that technical analysis can explain every situations but fundamental analysis can only explain some of the situations

yeah, maybe so.. but at the moment, the technicals seems doesn't quite agree with that.. anyway, that is not crucial..

what's important from the price action in 1h, we know that there are quite a number of sellers at about the high of 665x area - we can see this through a number of occurrence in 1h where price rejected this area several times, so as long as this area intact, we stay with the flow mate..

And we see the same rejection, actually more so, from around the 38.2 fib support below no?

yes, the price level (area 665x) has been tested from below and from above.. at the moment, i see it as a support turned resistance..

doesn't matter if it is half full or half empty.. it's just a metaphor or just a saying.. lol..

Yes I know the saying, I hear it mainly in the context of someone being positive or negatively minded. I think it maybe a true saying though, as my interpretation of the chart is that 1.66 resistance is now support.
Only question is, am I a full or empty kinda guy?

this could get to a false break out of the range i posted, if it does break i would wait to see if,, it is a full candle break of 15 pips say at 6610

in trading, i think it's not quite right to say as "negative minded or positive minded" since every trade should have taken into account the risk, what i mean is a trading plan.. let's just says that this is why we have bullish or bearish sentiment, and let just agree on that.. ok mate?

now, regarding the support level, i see quite a number of tests from above in 4h at about 6585 price level, i think that maybe there are some interest in the market or the market sees it as an interest to buy at that price level thus, at that price area we may find some rejection.. and i don't see any support at 1.66 or perhaps 1.66 is very close to 6585, that is why you see it as support.. perhaps maybe that is the case mate?..

I wasn't suggesting we do use positive or negatively minded sayings in trading, I just said that was the context in which I am familiar with the saying. "That grumpy man is a real class half empty kind of guy". That's why I asked you what you meant by that saying as it didn't make sense to me in the context of trading.
