I don't care about your strategy and its totally useless even if its one of or both strategies that can only be martingale or long term.
If it is the first, it is useless because you will want to add more money at every drawdown because you don't know what levels you're longing at, and what profit can be done from longing 1.24, 1.23, 1.2250, 1.22 and so on, when will all match up, next year?
If it is the second, can you find one trader who made remarkable profits from trading EC long term?
Finally, whatever money you are risking is not important, when your risk don't and will never match the reward with the mentality and useless strategy that lacks the technical brilliancy.
Trade according to current market condition, not what you think would be.

After exiting 2 longs 1.2185 and 1.2200 at 1.2215, was waiting for this BS pair to go back to 1.2195 to add new long but what it had done was the Real BS, instead of testing current low to then spike up to the 1.2230s or more, it had done the opposite, just to f*** bulls with a very bearish candle close.
The opposite movement was supposed to end with a huge bullish candle.
Anyway, after breaking the 1.2200-1.2220 resistance zone I posted about before, it was supposed to test up 1.2210 to continue more later on.
Despite my experience was making me sense that EC movement will end like what it had done till now but my stubbornness refused to believe this fact before it have become reality, and New york session ended carrying a Long position at 1.2215
In AS mentality, not a big deal 1.2215 long is an excellent entry and will long more at any more dips. But in my mentality, if EC drops again down to the 1.2160s, and despite I have lot of margin to open super huge lots down there and more down, but it will be a loss to hold a heavy position at 1.2215 that will be like a fired card, because with these lots I can reserve it for lower levels to join the whole move from down to up. Got my point anyone!
EC Daily candle close below 1.2195 is bearish to stay up 1.2170 for the time being, while above will test 1.2215 max.(not optimistic of more before going down to the 1.2170 or 1.2180 least. A close up 1.2205 will be positive to test 1.2220s and possibly more to 1.2250, but not in next candle, maybe in the next next.

hedging again at 2203, seems dis dude might have some mission below 2200. i cud be wrong though, just dont wanna give back scarce pips to the market on a thursday, pippin hasnt been easy.
yep your not wrong mamalujo it's been very tricky of late,I don't normally hedge myself as I have never made any money doing it but this pair I always thought should be fairly easy to hedge.
@ j.clinton yep I thought it was on for a small pullback to then move higher but as you said bs eur/chf move gets hammered straight back down.
for what it's worth I think this is heading lower again today failed break yesterday and a nasty daily candle close.
