The explosive trend is on action , targeting 1,618 circular resistence...

EUR/USD Outlook

Usually (80% of the time) in the case of this pair,
the New Moon cycle starts a downtrend.

In a number of cases, which includes this one, a drop before a major continuation of the same trend is observed.

I highly suspect that the thrust from the 3640 level has about a month of activity to go through before considering any sell options.

For those that got in early, enjoy the ride.

I have been following the same weekly chart with the same scaled circles , and the price seems to be really respecting the supports and the resistences. With the drop to 3640s , the weekly candle just bottomed on the circular support which was created by the price itself. On the other side Gann Square calculation showed a bottom at 3650. So a new weekly bullish trend was expected , but the question is : What is the target?

The target shud be the intersection of the trendline and the 1,618 circle , which is about 4050s just like Kambooj told. But surprisingly that intersection zone was to be reached this week , and is not reached. So the target of the new weekly trend will gradually come down week by week due to the descending structure of the circular resistence.

The max targets of the weekly bullish (in my perspective) trend are :

3-7 March : 4040s
10-14 March : 4020s
17-21 March : 3990s
24-28 March : 3950s

And on the daily perspective , the bullish trigger resistence was penetrated today. And the breakout was in an explosive way , which is a symptom that the bulls are really passionate about higher levels.

Another thing ı want to say is when we scroll back to the past on the weekly chart in order to understand the circular zone characteristics , we see ups-downs in the recent circular zone. So the weekly bullish trend is supposed to pass through hard days , attacks of the bears. Will be really annoying ... I hope I am wrong !

EUR/USD Outlook

The recent flexing of muscles between Putin and the west is setting up this pair for a series of wild moves based on whatever that will happen in the coming days. We are missing a spike up on the daily chart. If the USD is to get strong, which the long term forecast on the monthly chart of the EUR is suggesting that, then we still need this upward movement to happen. Set all your exit points at 4000 and wait for a spike in the coming days. The rebound off this spike will be hard, so dont expect a lot of consolidation if it goes up before a rebound happening. Both S&P and the EUR/USD charts are setup for a surprise move.

I will post charts later close to end of day, since its a wednesday and major moves usually happen after the 2 PM where the interest roll over takes place.

S&P 500 Charts
Here is my take on the S&P, getting setup for a retracement, the strength of which is yet to be determined.

EUR/USD Outlook

We are in early stages of a thrust up, and hesitation is a natural phenomenon to be observed as price action gets closer to 3880-3900 level. These 2 levels will be surpassed shortly with final destination for now being the 4050 level.

Outlook remains bullish, with strong emphasis on 4300 by end of April where a sustainable reaction downwards can begin.

I have been targeting 1.43 on EUR/USD for over 6 months....good to see your separate thoughts also seeing that level....1000+ pips below from that level hopefully..

Could you look at Cable and post your thoughts.....1.70 in the cards or lower first...thanks

I will check GBP/USD tonight and post something within the next couple of days.

Along your discussion, the chart below has a section where we need a "extreme curvature" to be observed before we start going down, and yes, the downdraft is very very strong and severe, more than a 1000 pips I suspect.

I dont know what will trigger this to happen, since I am no fundametalist, but from a Elliot Wave perspective only a "5th Wave Failure" has the power to accomplish such a turn arounds.

Im not sure either as for a catalyst, but 1.40 will stop it for a small bit.... but I think it will surprise a lot of folks when it doesnt retrace much at that level.... 1.43... could be a 2014 top

Same deal on EU - I got 4000-4200 target before end of April 2014. Currently got LONG exposure of 40 mln euros, so let's see what that EU can do for us.

Nice to see you back EgKid, Be strong brother. I was reading some of Glenn Neelys (Neowave.com) answers to the people few weeks back, and he says that it took him 10 years to fianlly get it all together. In his private tutoring he basically covers mostly concepts rather than the how to's. The loving spirit of the people who were close to us and have left us always is alive and willing to help in mysterious ways if you ask for it.

Right now I am waiting for 4000 to be reached to gage any reactions. I dont have enough confirmations to put charts yet, but will wait today to see whats the interest rate decisions coming out from US before any charts will be posted.
