Pattern on 4 hr def looks bullish but who knows with this pair. Has to be the hardest to pick of most pairs at the moment.

Im thinking were bullish too. Cable looks to be consolidating for a big move upwards.

RSIOMA just entered above 80, strong trend.
ADX s opening up again after slight compression.
Price appears to be getting ready for a strong wave 3(the money wave correct?)
Price is turning right at the bottom of the channel

RSIOMA just entered above 50, Long trend on 4h(Trends on Daily & 4 Hour are in sync, 1h is also above 50 atm)
ADX seems very compressed getting ready to point back up
Bollinger bands are very compressed with the ADX
Stochs is starting to break above 50

one thing about a ranging market once it breaks either way you can see the trend and go along for the ride, i suggest wait till things clear up then go with the trend

As with THEDDREPORT who put up some interesting charts, my reading of GBPUSD, on H4 is bullish, although when it's going to happen I dont know.

The coloured lines on this chart are moving averages from the Bill Williams "Alligator" indicator, and the histogram is something akin to MACD which also shows ascendancy

I'm talking my book, but fingers are crossed

I'd agree with much of the analysis above. It does seem that the pair is pretty slow to move at the moment. The pair struggled to break 1.6190 for 6-7 sessions. When it did hold above this level it then struggled for a similar amount of time around the 1.6580 region. That now appears to be support and 1.6700 is the level where the pair is struggling with. Tomorrows GDP figures could be the catalyst for a move either way. If it heads down again then I think it will have to hold a close above 1.6400 to keep the current uptrend intact.
