Isn't that the truth. Even though its always the brokers fault (sigh) there is a reason for the 100s of times that (Don't trade with money you cant afford to lose ) is mentioned several different ways when signing up for and opening an account.

anyone has a target for part of their shorts to 1.58/1.59 in a few month? I will keep part shorts to that target for up to 6 months. Rinse and repeat rest of the shorts.

As far as fundamentals are concerned, the news I'm seeing tells me USD is looking weak and GBP is looking strong.

The thing that I don't understand though. Whenever the stock market goes up, GBP tends to go up with it. Whenever USD goes down, GBP tends to go down with it. This isn't always true, but seems pretty close lately.

If the US Economy is looking weak, it seems the market will go down. Shouldn't then the dollar go down as well?

It doesn't compute in my mind that a weak economy and a weak market would mean a stronger dollar.

1.67080 - Now support. - Caution with Bearish positions.. SL tight / position size small / strong money management bulls will be looking to re-enter @support wise bears will wait for it to break...

One, we have a new support level (The red daily candle is only a 2 hour candle, I think, right?) at around the 675X area, or we close down today below that 1.6750 area and that's a very strong reversal pattern.

I was putting my TP on 1.67600 actually as I expect this pullback will take us somewhere around 1.67530. Probably it will be longer than usual for this 70 pips pullback IF it want to make it nice on both 1H and 4H chart. Pretty hard for me to add more if it can't create a nice pullback candle pattern on 4H, but I still believe Cable will be rallied for 9 days consecutive. It is reasonable that this pullback will take 12 hours to reach on target. Just my view currently.

Apply a 3 day rule after new high's before trading a security again... Especially after a surprise news event.
