The big bear is on, took its time.. 1.602 after a bump 1.614, 1.6231 once the battle for 1.63 is resolved

It's probably a safe bet that Cable will go down now, considering so many traders have become bulls. On this site, it's 55% to 45%. Highest I've seen the bulls in quite some time.

Daily 1,621x/1,625x could be the next area for longs.

I wouldn't buy right now, even though there are some buyers spotted on lower TF.

Very important week with PMI tomorrow, BOE on thursday, and NFP on friday.

1.6260 is biggie for the pair.
Let's see what happens in coming sessions.
I expect a bounce from the mentioned level.
Of course, anything can happen in Forex.
So, we need to be very careful.

dont you think its a bit funny? at the end of 2012, GBPUSD rallied up to 1.63 before it begun to tank all the way down to 1.48 during Q1 2013, then now..... GBPUSD rallied up to 1.65 for the end of 2013, and Q1 2014, we see a big bearish move.... i wonder how far down this will go.... so far the highs are suggesting an up trend but until we test how low it could go, it could be an expanding wedge range. sign of flows coming back into the GBPUSD after 2008.... expanding wedge is a sign that it creates higher highs and lower lows on an expanded volatility. if thats so, then great we have more flows to play with....

jpy and dow are correlated

I appreciated your bull calls those last days and weeks and you were pretty right against the whole world calling for GBP short. Kudos for you.

its not an accident good traders are in trouble short..this is the work of the broadening triangle..its intention was finish over leveraged positions..quite smart but technically holding if its what it is..

u gotta love it!!

US Indexes are now correcting but looking to move down further

EM and China bearing on sentiment

- Safe haven currency JPY
- Note Gold is enjoying some attention despite DXY
- GBP is not showing signs of being used as a safe haven hmmm

yea well im not that looking on GBPUSD cuz i still dont have a good signal to trade it....
but wow am i surprised by how accurate my analysis was on JPY pairs.... have you see the chat on the facebook group??
Paul and i called it... saying BOJ wont intervene until they are threatened and we expect a revisit of 98-100 before BOJ considers intervening again... all that printed money has to be demanded somehow....
and i did kinda say Q1, the Jpy will be demanded heavily, and then i expect Q2 and Q3 of 2014 for hints of BOJ to suggests a possible intervention....
same shit happened back in 2013 when JPY intervention happened after they saw Bond yields in Japan shooting up....
so now the threat for 2014 may happen to be emerging market looking to JPY for risk aversion....

gbp usd d1 ,it is mad just to buy because of pivot better to wait for d1 which made a very bearish move
