103.88 is support on the daily chart.

Could go as low as 103.30 if we really get some great downward pressure.

Damnit!!! Yeah you are right, although I don't expect to hit 103.30 or even 104.00 for that matter.

If only I could follow my F'ING system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is sooooo good but I have NOOOOOOO discipline.

If I place a trade with an entry that is more than 10 pips off, I'm pissed.

Going to call it a night. My patience is running low now.

That is why I want to automate all this shit.

There are no catalysts to move the pair. You aren't able to tell from a price chart if price is breaking resistance for a reason or just low liquidity to grab some orders and retrace. All attention has been on the UK, Canada, China(affecting Aud). No USD or JPY headlines to entice more bulls to drive up price.

Not much doing with me until we break out of this range. Yesterday's EST feed did not look a convincing high, yesterday's GMT feed looked good. So, I'm confused.

This weekly chart with a four year fibonacci retracement attached shows a 61.8% high coupled with a bit of longer term divergence. I'm wondering if it will have an effect.

That is a very interesting observation.

After recent press I wondered whether the 'up' stimulus has relaxed.
The BoJ is happy, I believe, with the current UJ value at the moment.
Focus appears to have returned to stimulating their local economy.

My personal view is that we are headed for some ranging between 100 and 105 for a while.
I feel the BoJ will put a floor under the Yen at 100 to encourage repatriation of some manufacturing.

I like that theory - that is possible, and it fits in with the current tantrums between Japan and China. In the meantime we are stuck in last week's 104.30 range which I note made a profit in both directions so maybe we can get lucky again.
